About Rockie

Rockie arrived at the shelter in great condition, complete with a registered microchip. Unfortunately, his previous owners could not be reached. Despite this setback, he remains a joyful and affectionate dog who loves being around people. Once he forms a bond, he craves attention and companionship. Rockie enjoys exploring, but he’s just as happy to relax after some outdoor time. He's reasonably well-behaved on a leash and knows commands like sit, shake, and lay down. Additionally, he's potentially house trained, as he keeps his kennel tidy. Rockie can be reactive with other dogs, especially males and small breeds. Proper introductions will be key for his interactions with new canine friends. He thrives in an environment where his training is reinforced, with plenty of stimulation and love from his humans. If you’re in search of a loyal companion who values interaction and exercise, Rockie could be the perfect fit for you!
