About Jack
Meet Jack, a charming senior gentleman who has a heartwarming story. At 13 years old, he brings a lifetime of love, having spent his earlier years with a devoted owner until she sadly passed away. Just in time, Jack was rescued from a shelter and is now ready for his next adventure. This wonderful boy weighs around 47 pounds, a bit more than his ideal weight of 40. He has some stiffness in his hips due to arthritis and is on a diet and supplements to help him feel his best. Jack has cataracts, making low-light navigation tricky, but he sees well otherwise with his bright eyes. His black and white coat, which has been shaved, is on its way to becoming soft and thick once again. Jack is fully housebroken and crate-trained, knows his basic commands, and showcases excellent house manners. Personality-wise, he is simply delightful! Jack loves everyone—people and dogs alike. He enjoys walks, rides, and even a splash in the pool. He's the kind of dog who loves to wander leisurely around the yard and the house, always seeking companionship. Now he's ready to find a loving home where he can continue to thrive. If you think you can offer Jack the loving environment he deserves, please fill out an adoption application on our website. He's currently fostered in Graham, NC. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
