About Richard

Meet Richard, a young English Pointer and Bluetick Coonhound mix who's about 1.5 years old and weighs around 40 pounds. He’s currently in the South, but soon he’ll be making his way to New England at no extra travel cost to you. Richard was surrendered by his previous owners due to life changes, but he's ready to give all his love to a new family. Richard is an energetic companion who enjoys playing with dogs of all sizes, especially his foster's Great Pyrenees. He’s fond of water and will happily join you on summer adventures, whether it’s at the pool or the beach! Richard seems house-trained, and he’s also crate-trained and leash-trained, though he does pull a bit on the leash. While he hasn’t yet met children, he gets along with cats and is very friendly overall. All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and have been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption.
