About Howard Hooray

Howard Hooray is a lively 2-year-old Shepherd and Husky mix ready for his forever home. Currently waiting for transport to New England, he was found as a stray along with his brother. Howard is about 55 pounds and embodies the energetic spirit typical of his breeds. This friendly boy is great with people, kids, and other dogs. He's housebroken and knows his name, but he does require an active family to keep up with his husky side. Howard can be a bit stubborn and enjoys chatting, but once his morning energy is spent, he settles down nicely. His foster shares that he’s growing more affectionate and comfortable every day and would really thrive with a family experienced in training Shepherds or Huskies. While he does benefit from a routine, Howard is a sweet boy looking for companionship and love. All dogs are spayed/neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations before adoption. Since Howard isn’t yet house trained, this will be an important part of your journey together. Ready to make a difference in Howard's life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
