About Rosie

Meet Rosie! This sweet 23-year-old Shih Tzu was found alongside her son, Rufus, and they share a deep, loving bond. Together, they bring joy to those around them, and we hope to find a forever home where they can continue to thrive as a pair. Since coming into the care of AAA Dog Rescue, Rosie has been groomed and treated for fleas, so she’s now a soft and comfortable girl ready for her new family. She loves companionship and prefers to stay close, whether that's curled up on the couch or following you from room to room. Rosie has a gentle, affectionate personality and truly flourishes with human connection. Rosie and Rufus enjoy playing together (Rufus loves a good tug-of-war with an old sock), relaxing side by side, or simply being in each other's company. Given their strong bond, we strongly recommend adopting them together. This charming girl is gentle and loving, making her the perfect companion. She's friendly and gets along well with cats, dogs, and children, making her a great fit for many households. If you have room in your heart and home for both Rosie and Rufus, apply today! Rosie is ready to fill your life with quiet snuggles, loyal companionship, and the unique love that only a mama dog can provide. Come meet this precious girl soon! What are you waiting for?
