Rescued as a tiny 2-month-old kitten from a feral colony while treating an upper respiratory infection, he spent much too long in a dog crate with limited human contact with his brother, Po. This background makes Tai Lung a bit shy around new faces, but patience is key. Behind that cautious demeanor lies a sweet cat waiting for the right person to unlock his heart. With time, he has transformed from hiding when someone entered the room to greeting his favorite folks at the door and leading them to his cherished cat tree for snuggles. Watching this change unfold has been incredibly rewarding. Tai Lung thrives in a calm, quiet home with a patient adopter. He enjoys gentle affection, sun-soaked naps, and watching birds from his tall cat tree. His favorite playtime involves a laser pointer, and Churu treats are a sure way to win him over. While Tai Lung can be adopted independently, he'd flourish best alongside his brother, Po, or a confident cat buddy. Having a feline friend will bolster his confidence and help him feel secure.
