This 11-week-old Shepherd mix is currently at the Kern County Animal Services shelter, where he has been since June 29, 2026. Otto is eager to find a safe place to heal and thrive. He is a small male with a short coat that showcases his striking black and yellow/tan coloring. As a baby, Otto is full of potential and just needs someone to nurture him through this tough time. Currently, he’s in a high-risk environment with many other dogs, so time is of the essence for his adoption.
