Duke is a 2-month-old male mixed breed puppy. He has a small build and is mostly black with cream accents. Though he's still a baby, he has been vaccinated and is eager for training. Duke is known to get along with both cats and dogs, making him a friendly addition to any family. He's located in Princeton, MN, and ready to find his forever home.

Duke is a lively puppy with a warm, playful nature. His favorite pastime is playtime with other dogs, and he can spend hours running and having fun before cozying up for a long nap. He’s been around cats and gets along well with them. Although he hasn’t met kids yet, being a young pup means he’s adaptable and, with the right training and introductions, he should fit right in with a family. Training is essential for Duke’s development. He’s a smart and enthusiastic learner, eager to take on new challenges. If you’re looking for an energetic and affectionate companion, Duke could be the perfect addition to your home. Currently in Texas, Duke is expected to arrive in Minnesota on 7/25/2026. You will need to pick him up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN. Please plan to collect him between 9 AM and noon, as other times won’t be available. Until then, he’s part of Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt program. This means that once he arrives, you’ll likely need to take him to the vet for follow-ups, so being able to transport him is essential.
