About Texx Arriving D

Texx is a go-with-the-flow kind of guy who loves to snuggle for naptime with his favorite person or romp with playmates, whether they have four legs or two! He radiates happiness and affection, always wanting to be your shadow. Texx can adapt well to various households, though he could benefit from some help brushing up on potty training if his new home lacks a doggy door. Given his adaptable nature, he'll likely catch on quickly. If you're in search of a couch potato who can jump into action when needed, Texx might just be the perfect fit for you! Currently being treated for heartworm disease, he will need restricted activity for a few weeks during recovery. Ruff Start Rescue will cover the full cost of his treatment, and they provide heartworm preventatives until it’s time for his retest. The adopter will need to schedule the retest and handle any follow-up prescriptions with their vet. Texx is from Texas and will be arriving in Minnesota on 7/25/2026. To meet him, plan for a pickup at the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN, between 9 am and noon. This lovable pup is available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt Program.
