This bonded pair recently returned to the shelter, and while they were sadly displaced, nothing about their previous homes reflected any faults in their behavior. Gentle and well-mannered, both dogs thrive in the presence of children and have shown patience during playtime. They may be a bit shy initially with strangers, but in a supportive environment, they warm up quickly and coexist beautifully. At home, Balto is characterized by his confident and expressive nature, often leading the way while Luna follows happily. They cherish their long naps, but they're always ready to spring into action for walks or time with their humans. Their playful side comes out when toys are introduced, particularly their favorite Kongs. While they can be curious on a leash, proper guidance helps, and a secure outdoor setup is a must to keep them safe, especially given their adventurous spirit.
