About McCoy
Meet McCoy! This lovable 4-month-old boy is currently being fostered in Louisiana. McCoy was found wandering the city streets and brought to a local clinic, where he quickly became a favorite due to his charming personality. Though he started from scratch without a known history, he has already had his first vaccines and is making progress on his potty training, thanks to his love for his crate. McCoy is a mixed breed, combining the best traits of a Labrador Retriever and an English Springer Spaniel. With his long black coat and gentle demeanor, he’s got the looks to match his sweet nature. He knows basic commands and walks well on a leash; he’s always eager to please, especially if there’s cheese involved! He gets along well with cats and children, making him an excellent family pet. He’ll be ready for adoption by the end of July, after his next set of shots and neutering is complete. If you're looking for a smart and affectionate companion, McCoy just might be the perfect fit. Adoption requires living within 60 miles of Long Island for ongoing support. Your new best friend is just one click away.
