About Piper WI
Piper is a delightful 5-year-old Maltese/Bichon Frise mix who found her way to Almost Home Foster & Rescue of MN after her owner's health declined. Having been the queen of her castle, she's looking for a new "adult-only" family to rule over. It's important to note, Piper is not suitable for homes with children. Weighing in at around 12 lbs, Piper enjoys her outdoor time, especially long leash walks and sunbathing on the porch. While she's indifferent to cats and other dogs, she tends to be more engaged with smaller male dogs. Itβs worth mentioning that Piper prefers her independence β she isn't a cuddler or a lap dog but will sleep with her humans once trust is established. Piper is fully vaccinated, spayed, microchipped, and recent dental work has been done. Adoptive families will need an approved application to set up a meet-and-greet. If you're interested, connect through the rescue's website or by phone. This could be the start of something paw-some.
