She’s currently a work in progress with housetraining, and while she’s spayed and up to date on vaccinations, she needs a family able to commit to her training needs. Her joyful energy makes her a great companion, bringing warmth and love to her future home in Eden Prairie, MN.

Meet Lexi, a vibrant 5-year-old Shih Tzu/Poodle mix who's all about love and companionship. She's a social butterfly, eager to share her kisses and cuddles with everyone around her. Lexi thrives on human interaction and enjoys being active, going for walks, and playing. Despite her playful nature, she’s still blossoming in her housetraining journey; it’s important for her new family to continue the effort of taking her out every few hours to avoid any accidents indoors. Lexi's ideal home is active and passionate about including her in daily life. Children over 10 who can gently interact with her would be perfect, and being home most of the day helps with her minimal separation anxiety. A commitment to regular exercise and attending the annual Shih Tzu Rescue Reunion in September is also a big win for Lexi.
