Now, this handsome, young Husky/Heeler mix is ready for the forever home he has been patiently waiting for. Neutered and fully vetted, Stallone has successfully completed heartworm treatment. He’s healthy and active, showcasing his intelligence and forming deep bonds with those he trusts. Like many working breeds, he needed time to adjust to new environments. After being placed in foster care, he had some trouble with resource guarding and showed protectiveness in certain situations. Instead of giving up, his foster family provided him with the time, structure, and guidance he needed to flourish. Today, Stallone enjoys long walks, brushing sessions, and belly rubs, finding joy in simply spending time with his loved ones. Once he trusts you, he becomes incredibly affectionate and loyal. Slow introductions to new people have shown how much he has improved. Stallone requires an experienced home that understands the importance of routine and leadership.
