Mitzy arrived at NCCR on July 5, 2026, after being rescued from an overcrowded facility. This spayed female is around 5 years old and weighs approximately 15 lbs, making her a small-breed terrier mix. Mitzy is a friendly companion who adores people and gets along well with most other dogs. She’s eager to meet her forever family and start a new chapter in her life. Approved applicants can participate in our Slumber Party program, where you can take Mitzy home for up to two weeks to ensure she’s a great fit for your family. If you’re considering adopting Mitzy, completing an Adoption Application on our website is the first step.
