Welcome back to the Saturday Sneak Peek at Northern Chautauqua Canine Rescue, Inc. This week, welcome Tyson! He's a true blue good dog, making his NCCR debut this evening. He's hoping to make it a short visit (nothing personal, but who wants to stick around the shelter when there is a comfy couch with your name on it waiting for you somewhere?). Tyson knows that someone is going to just love him, and what's not to love? Tyson may look like a tough guy, but hes really a big softy who just want to be seen as the teddy bear he is. At 8 years old, the shelter life isnt for him he is hoping to find a family that will give him the care and kindness he deserves and he will happily repay you with a lifetime of devotion! He has been nothing but a sweetheart, friendly with people and other dogs, too, and at 50 lbs., there is lots of him to love! With a gorgeous brindle coat and soulful honey-colored eyes, hes beautiful and good, inside and out! If you think you might be interested in adopting, your first step should be to complete an Adoption Application at www.caninerescue.org. *After you have completed your application, you will get a confirmation that we have received your application. It takes a lot of time to process the applications, so we ask for your patience while we do so. If you see that the dog you were interested in has been adopted it means there were many applications for that dog and we did not get as far processing your application before a home was found. It is much easier and quicker for us to respond by email as we receive many phone calls each day. We do adopt out of state, however we do not transport or ship dogs. Potential adopters must be able and willing to travel to the Rescue to meet the dog they are interested in. *PLEASE double check all of the phone numbers that you provide. If they are incorrect, we will not be able to process your application. Please also let your references know that someone from NCCR will be calling them. Most adoption team members call from their personal phone, so advise your references that there may be an unknown or private number calling them. Thank you!
