About King

King is a wonderful German Shepherd Dog currently undergoing heartworm treatment through Beauties & Beasts Rescue. An approved adopter must continue the prescribed treatment plan, which will be covered by the rescue as long as it's followed properly. King and his siblings faced abandonment, left outside without food or water. Since being rescued, King has been working hard to regain his health and learn that people can be kind. He is still building his confidence and social skills, making it essential for him to have another friendly dog in the home to help him feel secure and continue to develop. Because of his background, King needs a patient foster or forever home where he can safely grow and learn. Fostering him will allow King to gradually trust people and adjust to family life. With continued love and consistency, he has the potential to become a loyal and loving companion. Currently, King is at the Haysville Building and is available for meet-and-greets during public hours, Wednesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Ready to fall in love?
