Clementine D is seeking a loving foster or forever home. This sweet girl from Oklahoma is ready to start a new chapter in her life. Recently a mother to nine puppies, she now wants to enjoy life outside of motherhood. Clementine is an athlete at heart who enjoys her walks and is an excellent leash walker. Her excitement around other animals—like dogs, rabbits, or squirrels—can sometimes lead to jumping fences, so watch out! While she can feel a bit nervous in new environments, she quickly warms up. She loves snuggling up on the couch with her human companions and thrives on being close to her people. She gets along well with dogs, especially those of a similar size, though she can be a bit too exuberant with bigger personalities. Cats, however, may not be her specialty as she tends to be overly curious. A cat-free home or one with a dog-savvy cat would be a better fit. Clementine is house-trained, knows basic commands like "sit" and "down," and is a fast learner thanks to her love for treats. While she's not keen on crating, she manages well when left alone in an enclosed room. Though she can be a bit protective of her space, especially with her puppies around, a walk with new visitors in neutral territory helps her warm up quickly. This affectionate girl is waiting for that special family to call her own.
