About Mercury

Meet Mercury! Mercury is a Golden Retriever and Blue Heeler mix who might initially look like a small Black Lab. He's got big paws that he’s still growing into, but his heart is even bigger. This playful puppy is delightfully clumsy and still figuring out his legs. Often, running leads to a tumble or an impromptu wrestling match with his brother, Dipper. He’s making strides in potty training, usually knowing what to do when he goes outside. While there are still occasional indoor accidents, he's getting better every day. Mercury is learning crate training, currently sharing a crate with Dipper. His brother offers comfort, especially when his foster mom leaves the room. Although he initially expresses sadness, he quickly calms down and often takes naps in the crate by his own choice. He has a cheeky side too—Mercury loves stealing shoes! After discovering his foster mom's work shoes as his prized possessions, she wisely got him a shoe-shaped toy. Mercury embraces his curiosity and eagerly investigates anything that catches his eye. Neutered and ready to find a forever home, Mercury seeks loving people who enjoy his playful antics and will help him grow into the amazing dog he’s meant to be. If a goofy, affectionate buddy with a huge heart sounds like your perfect match, consider welcoming Mercury into your home. Ready to make a new best friend?
