Scout's past wasn’t easy; he spent time chained to a steel drum, which makes his journey to finding a loving home all the more important. Currently residing in a boarding kennel, Scout is eager for a foster home or a permanent family to call his own. Scout is up-to-date on vaccinations and will be neutered soon.
