Meet Matthew! Matty is a spunky young dog who knows how to use his voice to initiate play with other pups. He’s become quite expressive in his interactions. House trained and crate trained, he’ll let you know when he needs to go out. Matthew loves cuddling but prefers the comforts of home over social outings. He enjoys chew toys and cheese, and he thrives on big fluffy dog beds or soft couch cushions for napping. While Matthew is a bit shy and takes time to warm up to new surroundings, he has a heart ready to make a family very happy. He would thrive with a playful doggie sibling to help him come out of his shell. Matty has come so far since being rescued as a stray; he just needs understanding people who can meet him at his pace.
