About Freddie
Foster or forever home needed! Meet Freddie! This charming 1-year-old, 13 lb Chiweenie is on the lookout for a special place where he can be the star of the show. Freddie is bursting with personalityāsmart, affectionate, and when he trusts you, heāll be your most devoted companion and happiest little shadow. Heās house-trained, crate-trained, and has excellent manners. Each night, he happily settles into his crate for bedtime. Being food motivated, he picks up commands quickly and already knows sit, stay, come, shake, and paw, with more learning in progress. He thrives with adopters who enjoy training and want to continue teaching him new tricks. Freddie loves snuggling under blankets, playing fetch with squeaky toys, chewing on antlers, and going on long walks or hikes. Heās always eager to embark on adventures with his people. Although he might need some encouragement to jump into the car, heās ready for the ride once heās in. Freddie is looking for an adult-only home with no cats or young children. While he can live with other dogs after slow introductions, he prefers being the only dog to soak up all the love from his family. He can be a bit territorial, so heāll need patient adopters who can help him adjust to new people and visitors. Freddie is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is sponsored! Click apply to start the adoption process.
