At three years old, Nola has a vibrant spirit and endless love to give. She loves being close to her people—whether cuddling on the couch, resting at your feet while you work, or joining you on outings. She is fully house-trained and has had no accidents in her foster home. Nola enjoys her crate so much that she happily sleeps there at night and often chooses it for daytime naps. It's her cozy, safe haven. Nola thrives around other dogs, loving to play and chase balls—fetch is among her favorite activities. She's wonderful on a leash, making for an enjoyable walking companion. Whether she's exploring the neighborhood or visiting busy spots, like Lowe's, she remains calm and friendly around people and other dogs. Smart and eager to please, Nola has good recall and enjoys learning new things for treats. She rides well in the car and is unaffected by household noises, like a vacuum cleaner. Her manners at home are excellent, and while she enjoys chewing on durable wooden toys, plush toys often don't last long with her. Currently, she's being introduced to living with a cat and shows more curiosity than concern. With patience and positive reinforcement, she's making steady progress. Another plus is her minimal shedding, so she’s easy to groom. Nola has a discerning palate, favoring salmon and sweet potato recipes and looks forward to mealtime. She's the kind of dog who will join you for walks, happily go on errands, or curl up by your side at the end of the day. Affectionate and intelligent, she's ready to become your beloved best friend. Due to her energy and needs, families gone long hours should look elsewhere. Nola is looking for adults over the age of 25 who can provide companionship and care.
