About Shade

Meet Shade! This sweet, big puppy is on the hunt for his forever home. With his long legs, he looks like a little pony when he runs. Shade has mastered crate training and knows when to go to bed and when it's time to go outside for potty breaks. Smart and affectionate, he’ll shower you with kisses whenever you let him. Though we can't pinpoint Shade's exact breed, we suspect he has some Labrador Retriever and Great Dane in him, given his stature and snout. Regardless, he's destined to be a large dog as he matures. So far, he’s making strides with his leash training and has already learned to use a doggie door in just two days with his foster mom. If you want a loyal companion who will love you endlessly, Shade is your guy. He’s ready to fill your summer with joy and fun! Shade is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and has been treated for intestinal parasites. It’s common for puppies to need periodic treatments for parasites throughout their lives, so don’t worry if additional care is needed once he’s home. The adoption fee is $550 if prepaid before his arrival. An extra $50 will apply if adopted during an event. For MA residents, be aware of a mandatory 48-hour quarantine at a designated facility upon adoption. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
