About Ember
Meet Ember, a truly special girl with a heart to match her name. This charming young lady radiates dignity and gentleness, showing off a friendly, quiet nature that’s hard to resist. Ember arrived from Pittsylvania Pet Center, carrying a story of transformation. Once timid and shy, she has blossomed into a curious and courageous pup, ready to take on life’s adventures, all thanks to the support of a furry friend. Ember perfectly balances puppyish enthusiasm with the comfort of a couch potato. While she enjoys lounging around, she also loves getting outside for walks and exploring new sights. Her playful nature comes alive when she picks up shoes or other random objects, but no need to worry, she’s not a chewer! Housebroken and adaptable, Ember makes for an ideal companion both indoors and outdoors. This intelligent girl is not a resource guarder—she willingly shares her food, toys, and even shoes! Great with strangers, she’s a bit apprehensive around young children, but would thrive in a home with older kids or adults who can appreciate her mellow and gentle spirit. Ember is a mixed breed, a delightful puzzle waiting to be solved, and with her slender frame, she's currently around 45 lbs, expected to grow into a healthy 60–70 lbs. Your new best friend is just one click away.
