About Dino
Meet Dino! Dino's journey has been quite the adventure. After following some kind-hearted people home in San Miguel de Allende, he traveled all the way to FOHA in Virginia, passport in tow. This sweet boy has a fun personality, and while he enjoys playtime, he's not overly energetic. His past caregivers adored him, describing him as a fantastic canine companion, especially with female dogs, and he loves giving kisses. However, Dino is still adjusting to all the changes in his life. He’s curious but can be a bit hesitant around unfamiliar dogs and loud noises. He tends to be observant during walks, stopping occasionally to take in his surroundings. Despite feeling anxious, he has already mastered "sit" and "down" with a little help from the staff at FOHA, which shows how smart he is. Dino has done well with children in his previous home, but he is still learning to relax in his new environment. He needs a patient adopter who can help him build confidence and feel safe. He's ready for a loving home where he can continue to blossom. Is your home the perfect place for Dino? Click apply to start the adoption process.
