Foxy was living on borrowed time at a high-kill LA shelter. Her 72-hour deadline long past, all because of a little doggy cold. A cold. Thankfully, an amazing foster saw past the sniffles and recognized what she truly was: a joyful, spirited soul just waiting for her life to begin. And what a life she's ready to live.
