You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Pickles – Small Pup, Big Personality! This sweet puppy will be in NJ on 6/27/26. Pickles may have had a rough start, but you'd never know it from his happy-go-lucky attitude. This adorable black Lab mix was found all alone at just 5 weeks old when a kind Good Samaritan scooped him up and got him to safety. Since then, Pickles has been making up for lost time with plenty of love, playtime, and puppy shenanigans! This little chunk is equal parts sweetheart and spitfire. He loves toys, enjoys entertaining himself, and is always ready for a game with his canine friends. When he's finished playing, he's happy to soak up affection and cuddle up in your lap. Pickles is friendly with everyone he meets and gets along well with dogs, cats, and kids. Like any young puppy, Pickles is still learning the ropes. He's currently working on crate training and house training and will need a family committed to helping him continue his puppy education. Luckily, he's an intelligent little guy who is eager to learn. Pickles is expected to grow to around 50 pounds and will make a wonderful companion for a family ready to embrace all the fun, laughter, and love that come with raising a puppy. Whether he's making you smile with his goofy antics, riding along on car adventures, or snuggling up after a busy day, Pickles is sure to steal your heart. Looking for a loyal best friend with a playful spirit and a heart of gold? Pickles is ready to be your perfect match! Pickles is up to date on vaccines and has been treated for puppy parasites. Wag On Inn will arrange for neuter and microchip at 5-6 months of age at The Spay and Neuter Center of New Jersey in Holmdel. Adopters must live within driving distance of Holmdel, NJ. His adoption fee is $600. Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
