Meet Brooks! This adorable boy came to us , along with his sister Elsie , from a rural NC shelter . We can’t know their breed mixes for sure but they look like adorable Lab mixes! Brooks is a Velcro boy, always by his foster mom’s side ! He loves playing with his sister and foster fur siblings . Brooks is around 4 months old .
