Alby, short for Albus Dumbledore, is a confident and loyal dog who thrives on companionship. He loves being near you, whether it’s following you from room to room or lounging on a soft blanket by your side. Playful during active times, Alby also enjoys relaxing and recharging. He appreciates outdoor adventures, particularly open spaces to run and explore. Having grown up with another pug, Alby could flourish as the only dog in your home, where he can soak up all the attention. However, he can coexist well with a compatible dog, as long as he gets to be the more dominant one. He's shown some food aggression towards other dogs, but with proper structure, he does just fine. Children adore him; Alby is gentle and watchful around young ones, making him an excellent family companion. He doesn’t seem bothered by cats, but he hasn’t lived with them. Alby is used to a doggie door and can manage being left alone for periods, though he’d prefer someone home most of the time. This sturdy, medium-sized pug mix has a quieter breathing pattern than many pugs and relishes soft, cozy spots, especially with a fluffy blanket.
