About Duke
Meet Duke, an affectionate and joyful Bully breed blend looking for his forever home. He arrived from Texas and is still adapting to his new environment, so he's figuring out leash manners and may pull when excited. But his eagerness to explore the world is palpable. In the play yard, Duke was a bit unsure, but leaned into me for pets and reassurance. It’s clear he finds comfort in being close to people. Duke is gentle, especially when accepting treats with his cute underbite, and he's food motivated, which will help his training. Though he hasn’t had much basic obedience training yet, he shows a willingness to connect. Duke chased after a toy but seemed uncertain at first. I believe as he continues to settle in, his personality will begin to shine even brighter. If you’re seeking a sweet companion with a goofy grin and plenty of wiggles to brighten your day, Duke could be the perfect match for you. He’s good with other dogs, respectful children (5+), and while his relationship with cats and small animals is still unknown, he’s ready to learn about life in a loving home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
