Here is Winnie-the-Pooh (Winnie). She is a 3 year old, 8lbs Chihuahua. She is doing amazing in her foster home and is loving snuggles and being on a lap. She will need a patient home to give her a few days to feel comfortable, she is a bit skittish. Considering where she came from she has done great. Winnie is a bit unique with her top jaw being a bit longer than her bottom, it does not affect her in anyway.
