Meet Woo, a charming long-haired Chihuahua who’s 5 years old and weighs about 10 lbs. He can be a bit skittish initially, so he’ll need a patient home. Once he gets comfortable, Woo loves to snuggle up on laps. Coming from a hoarding situation, he feels more at ease around other dogs, so we’re recommending he goes to a home with at least one canine companion. He has walked well on a leash with his foster mom but would thrive in a home with a fenced yard where he can feel secure.
