Charlie is a special case. He belong to an elder lady who kept him in his crate most of the time. So he needs a home that understands he needs time to adjust to a new home. He needs a home without kids.. Charlie is doing well with the other dogs. He’s now wanting attention from his foster parents but still doesn’t like to be picked up.
