But once you meet him outside, you’ll see why he’s a favorite among volunteers. This charming 5-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix is affectionate and easygoing. Froggy enjoys nothing more than curling up with his people after making his "biscuits" with his blankets. He strikes a perfect balance between playful and snuggly, and he even participated in holiday photo shoots, donning hats and sweaters without a fuss. While he prefers to be the only star in his home, he has shown positive interactions with other dogs under the right conditions. He might need some time to warm up to new men, making it essential for his future owner to be patient and conscientious about introductions. Froggy would thrive in an adult-only home where he can receive lots of affection, structure, and routine. Exercise and mental stimulation are important to keep him happy and healthy.
