Harlem is incredibly smart and eager to please—she learns new things in a flash and thrives when given attention and structure. During her short time in a foster home, she was an absolute gem—crate trained, housebroken, and affectionate with her people. Sadly, being back in a kennel has been very stressful for her, and it’s clear she longs to be back in a loving home where she can relax and shine. Because of her spunky, playful energy, Harlem would probably do best in a home with older children who can match her enthusiasm and enjoy her fun-loving personality.
