About Haven

Haven is a sweet girl on a journey toward recovery and love. At just six months old, she should be frolicking in the grass, chasing butterflies, and stealing socks, but her story began in a heartbreaking way. Found abandoned in a trash can in rural Tennessee, she came to the rescue with wounds and signs of neglect. Despite this traumatic past, Haven still wags her tail and loves people deeply. During her time at the rescue, she's received treatment for her skin and is healing both physically and emotionally. Haven embodies resilience and joy, and everyone who meets her says she's incredibly gentle and affectionate. She now dreams of a safe home with a soft bed and a loving family who will cherish her as she deserves. Haven gets along well with dogs, cats, and children, making her a great fit for many families. She may not be house trained yet, but her eagerness to learn and please is sure to shine through in a loving environment. Could you be the one to give her the forever home she longs for? Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
