Weighing in at a sturdy 64 pounds, Benjamin is fully house-trained and crate-trained, though he prefers to roam free in a home environment. He does require regular grooming to maintain his dapper appearance. Like any distinguished gentleman, he’s not without his quirks. Bennie has a tendency to explore, having once outsmarted an electronic fence to discover the thrill of freedom. For this reason, it's essential to have a secure physical fence or a plan for walks to keep him safe at home. This spirited guy still has plenty of energy for long walks and playtime, though he might pull on his leash when something piques his interest. His intelligence makes him easily trainable, but be prepared for a fun challenge; Bennie loves to test his wits against his human counterparts.
