About Sunshine
Sunshine is a three-year-old Poodle rescued from a breeder and is now looking for a comfortable home after a rough start. She’s cautious around strangers, with a preference for the familiar. Sunshine has warmed up to her foster mom, though she still runs off if small children approach – so a home without young kids suits her best. She reliably uses the outdoors when it comes to bathroom breaks, never soils her crate, and has picked up on the household routine. Sunshine loves to run and play, showing a spirited, puppy-like energy at times. At night or when left alone for errands, she stays in her crate, and might give a warning growl if someone unfamiliar comes too close while she's confined. She gets along well with other dogs, enjoying time outdoors together. Her sweet nature shines through once she feels secure. If you want a loyal companion who will blossom in the right environment, Sunshine is ready for her next chapter. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!

Questions about Sunshine
What type of living environment is this breed usually best suited for?
Poodles like Sunshine typically do well in homes where they can receive regular attention and have a comfortable, secure space. They adapt well to both apartments and houses, especially if their exercise and social needs are met.
How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
A Poodle like Sunshine appreciates daily walks and some room to run and play, but they do not require a huge yard. Access to a safely enclosed outdoor area is ideal.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
While Poodles are generally good with children, Sunshine is skittish around small kids and would do best in a home without them. Older, respectful children may be a better fit.
