About Ninja
FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME NEEDED Meet Ninja! This 1.5-year-old, 75 lb Newfoundland/Border Collie mix came to us as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. Ninja is a big, fluffy goofball, always ready to bring a smile with his goofy grin and tongue hanging out. Sweet and affectionate, he forms strong bonds with his humans. Underneath that fluff, he’s a sensitive, intelligent dog looking for guidance and support as he navigates the world. While Ninja enjoys company, he needs a confident, experienced handler to help him refine his social skills and continue his training. He can do well with other dogs but values slower introductions and prefers calmer canine companions. With his strong build, he’ll require an adopter who is comfortable handling a large dog. Ninja thrives best in a standalone home with a securely fenced yard, away from the bustle of city life. He will also need regular grooming to keep his long coat in top shape. If you’re after a big-hearted, fluffy companion with loads of potential, Ninja might be your perfect match! Ninja is UTD on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is waived.
