About Bull Urgent
Bull is in urgent need of a home due to an upper respiratory infection, which puts him at risk of euthanasia at the shelter. This 1-year-old Shepherd mix has been living at the Kern County Animal Services - Bakersfield Shelter since May 22, 2026, and he’s ready for a fresh start in a loving environment. Despite his current health challenges, Bull’s spirit is unbroken. He has a short coat with a blend of brown and tan colors that adds charm to his appearance. While he hasn't yet mastered house training, his potential for companionship remains high. Unfortunately, he’s not been altered yet, which is something to consider as he transitions into a home. Bull needs a caring adopter who can provide him with the immediate attention and care he requires. Every moment counts. If you think you can help Bull find his forever home, please reach out. Companion Animal Protection Services (CAPS) is working hard to save dogs like him. They partner with the shelter to find homes for at-risk animals; however, time is of the essence. Let’s give Bull the chance he deserves. Your new best friend is just one click away.
