About Lola

Lola is a 4½-year-old Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs about 59 pounds. Despite her big heart, she’s faced some challenges. After being adopted as a puppy, she was returned to us due to her fear of loud noises from nearby train horns, which caused her to panic. Thankfully, here she has shown herself to be sweet and very people-oriented, even amidst her anxious moments. While she's not attempted to escape since returning, she would truly thrive in a calm, understanding home. Lola is in great health, fully spayed, and has received all her vaccinations. Although we can’t guarantee she's house trained, we believe that with a stable environment, she’ll adjust well. Her adoption fee is $300, but we welcome discussions for the right family who can offer her the peace she seeks. Adopters must be at least 21 years old and within an hour of our facility. If you're looking for a loyal companion who has so much love to give, Lola is ready to start her next chapter with you. Click apply to start the adoption process.
