About Liliana

Meet Liliana! If you love Labrador Retrievers but need a smaller companion, Liliana might be the perfect fit for you. At 9 months old and 38 pounds, she’s like a compact version of a Lab, radiating lovability without the larger size. Liliana was rescued from a challenging situation with many other dogs, and while she's still adjusting, her affectionate personality shines through. Initially a bit shy, she quickly warms up with kindness. However, due to her past, she dislikes being crated—though she behaves well, she gives the impression of feeling betrayed. Though still puppy-like, she’s been learning commands with the help of her foster family. She’s mastered basic commands like sit and stay, but she still needs guidance on leash manners and doesn’t always resist the urge to chew on things she shouldn’t. A safely fenced yard is essential for her outdoor time. Liliana gets along wonderfully with her foster family, which includes a 6-month-old shepherd mix and an 8-year-old child. While she hasn’t been tested with cats, her calm demeanor suggests she might not have a strong prey drive. She enjoys socializing in various settings, such as dog parks and pet-friendly restaurants, settling in comfortably. Liliana is ready to bring joy to a loving home.
