About Bonnie Sue
Bonnie Sue is around 2 years old and weighs about 20 pounds, and it doesn’t take her long to choose her favorite person—she bonds fast. She first landed with us after her previous owner left her at a local shelter, unable to keep up with her care. When Bonnie Sue arrived, her skin was in rough shape from chronic untreated fleas, and she clearly wasn’t feeling her best. The shelter reached out for help, and we stepped in to give her the care she needed. Now, Bonnie Sue’s skin has healed and her coat is starting to come back soft and full. She still has a little way to go but already feels like a new dog. The best part, though, is her personality. Bonnie Sue is all about people. If you sit, she’ll be in your lap (or as close as she can get), always expecting to be included in whatever you’re doing, especially if it involves cuddles. She goes wild for toys, loves treats, and gets along well with other dogs—she’ll nap next to them or jump in on play. Bonnie Sue thrives on being part of the pack. She’ll need ongoing flea prevention but is otherwise healthy and ready for her next adventure. If you want a dog that’s part of everything you do, Bonnie Sue’s the one for you.
