About Lady Lucy
Lady Lucy is one of those rare dogs who immediately wins you over with her quiet resilience and gentle heart. She survived being abandoned in the woods of Middle Tennessee with eight other dogs, and despite the hardships, she never lost her affectionate spirit. Once rescued, she settled into foster care quickly, showing the manners and calm temperament of a dog who remembers the comforts of a real home. Lady Lucy is fully grown at just over a year old, around 32 pounds—an ideal size for someone wanting a small but sturdy companion. Her Corgi and Beagle mix gives her a sweet, steady personality, and she thrives on companionship, often following her people from room to room just to be near. She adapts well to an active home with teens, gets along with other dogs, but would be just as happy lapping up attention as the main event. Housebroken, crate trained, and politely mannered, she makes deep connections and brings real warmth to a household. Lady Lucy is ready to leave her past behind and start a new chapter with someone who will let her soak in all the love she deserves. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
