Jack Jolly
AvailableJack Jolly is a senior, small Jack Russell Terrier who is neutered and house trained. He currently lives in Cuba, NY, where he's found comfort and routine with familiar caregivers. Because Jack does not get along with cats and is not suitable for a typical home environment, his best fit is as a sanctuary resident where he can live out his days peacefully.
About Jack Jolly
Jack Jolly arrived at the rescue with Little Bear after their previous owner lost her home and could no longer care for them. Their living conditions were roughāinfested with fleas, severe hair loss, and Jack even had a collar embedded deeply into his armpit. Thankfully, the rescue got him urgent care, removed the collar during his neuter surgery, and treated his infections. Jack adjusted physically, but socially, heās very much his own dog: heās devoted to one caretaker, but anyone else risks getting bitten if they try to handle him. He also does not get along with other dogs or cats and isnāt suitable for a typical home. Over the past two years, Jack has settled in happily at the sanctuary, content in his routines and loved from a distance by the staff who know him best. He will spend the rest of his days at the rescue where he feels safe, healthy, and understood. Letās make their next chapter their best one yet.
