About Eugene
Say hello to Eugene, a sweet and handsome Bichon mix who’s ready to be someone’s best friend. At 8 years old, Eugene weighs in around 15 lbs and sports a soft, long white coat that’ll need regular brushing, though he’ll remind you he’s not a fan of baths or rainy weather. He’s fully house trained and will let you know when he needs to go out. Eugene likes life calm and quiet. He does fine with other small dogs, but really prefers to be the only dog in the home. Young children and noisy environments stress him out, so a peaceful household without kids is his ideal. While he’s not much for a crate, he’ll happily curl up on a dog bed or sleep in your bed if you let him. He gets a kick out of walks and is always up for a game of fetch. Toss a toy and he’ll chase it, then return to sit right beside you, soaking up attention. Eugene can be a bit timid meeting new people or in unfamiliar situations, but he tends to whimper when anxious rather than bark. Ride in the car with him and he’s happiest feeling the wind on his face with a safe seat, not locked up. If you’re searching for a loyal, low-key companion who knows what he likes, Eugene just might be your guy. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
