About Oliver

Oliver is an 11-month-old Great Pyrenees/Border Collie mix who’s 100 pounds of sheer joy and playful energy. He started out with some serious vision problems, but after surgery and lots of veterinary care, Oliver can now see—and he’s determined to make the absolute most of it. Every day is an adventure for him, and he greets people and dogs alike with excitement and warmth. Oliver is happiest when he’s with others. He loves people. He adores dogs. He even loves cats—though, for everyone's well-being, he shouldn’t live with them. His affection is big and boisterous, and most cats don’t appreciate being loved by a dog the size of patio furniture. In the house, Oliver is well mannered and calm. He rides nicely in the car and thrives with another active, playful dog who can match his enthusiasm. A fenced yard is a must for Oliver, as a leash and good intentions simply aren’t enough to contain his happiness. He’s best suited for a household with kids over 8 who can handle a large, spirited companion. Oliver really just wants a safe space to play and someone willing to embrace his exuberant outlook on life. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
