This 5-month-old Border Collie and Great Pyrenees mix is a blend of goofy charm, gentle nature, and endless curiosity. Hamish entertains himself with toys and sticks, but he's always up for an adventure. Be it a stroll around the neighborhood, a playdate with pals, or a joyful car ride—he’s eager to join in. Hamish even knows the command "load up," waiting patiently for his leash before jumping in the car. How gentlemanly is that? This sweet boy has a loving heart and a spirit that lights up every room. He gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and children, making him a delightful addition to various families. Hamish is no slouch in the smarts department either—he's already mastered impressive recall and learns new routines quickly. While he has the typical puppy quirks, he does experience some crate and separation anxiety. For this reason, a home where someone is around most of the time would suit him best.
