Lokee

About Lokee
Lokee is a wonderfully affectionate pup with a joyful spirit and can settle down once he feels safe and relaxed. He’s eager to be someone’s loyal companion. Lokee listens well, responds to voice commands, is fully housebroken, and is content sleeping in his crate through the night. While he prefers one-on-one attention, he’s shown that he can get along with another dog—he's enjoyed some playful time with his canine foster sibling. Lokee tends to be quiet but keeps a watchful, protective eye on his environment. He’ll sometimes bark at outside noises but spends a lot of time calmly watching the yard or chasing the occasional squirrel. He’s still working on walking confidently on leash, as loud sounds can startle him, but he loves exploring the neighborhood on short strolls. Building trust with new people is a work in progress; once you’re in his circle, he’s all in. Physically, Lokee is a compact, muscular guy with short tan fur, a sweet furrowed brow, and a curlicue tail. He’s neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. Born April 10, Lokee is an Aries—no wonder he brings so much plucky energy! He’s ready to settle in and bond with a new person or family. Your new best friend is just one click away.
